Together, we can make a difference. The Central Texas Chapter relies on a network of passionate donors and volunteers to accomplish our research, education, and support goals.

• Plan and participate in fundraising events, such as Take Steps, Team Challenge, or spin4 crohn's & colitis cures
• Volunteer on a local committee or board in Austin or San Antonio
• Help with chapter administrative activities as a volunteer group, intern, or individual volunteer
• Become involved with Camp Oasis of Texas
• Help organize and publicize local support groups
• Participate in our legislative advocacy programs
• Help create and produce chapter communication materials like e-newsletters and social media posts
