Our annual cocktail fundraising event, Bottoms Up, will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the beautiful Glastonbury Bosthouse. The night will include a delicious culinary tasting, open bar, auction, the Bottoms Up Wine Pull, and presentation of our Humanitarian of the Year award to Dr. Joseph Cappa of Connecticut GI. Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis is a charity fundraising walk that celebrates the dedication of the IBD community. Our walk festival is a day filled with celebration, recognition, games for the whole family, and great food.

The CT Chapter will host two Take Steps Walks in 2017. We hope to see you at one or both!

Greater Hartford

Conecticut Shoreline: Saturday, October 21, at the Guilford, CT Fairgrounds. Registration and the family-friendly festival start at 9:00AM and the walk starts at 10:00AM. The walk is 2 miles on loose gravel.Strollers and wagons for the kids are welcome. Dogs are NOT welcome at this venue.

Support groups are an ideal way of finding a space where you can feel heard and valued and where others have similar stories to share.  Visit a support group near you and share your story.
