“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”  Brené Brown

Support groups are an ideal way of finding a space where you can feel heard and valued and where others have similar stories to share.  Visit a support group near you and share your story.
