Southern Florida Chapter

Welcome to the Southern Florida Chapter!

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis. It was founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D. in New York City.

The Southern Florida Chapter is proud to serve our IBD community throughout the bottom half of the state, supporting the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Collier & Lee Counties and everywhere in between. Our team is located in Boca Raton and are here to support IBD patients as we strive to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Join us in our mission to find a cure for these diseases that affect millions of Americans. Our supporters play a critical role in raising funds and awareness for our research initiatives, advocacy, and patient support programs.
