The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation - Georgia Chapter is proud to offer patients, families, and caregivers a full day of lectures presented
by leaders in the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This conference is designed to educate the IBD patient community about
new developments, in treatment, nutrition, research and more.

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. If anyone in your family has diet restrictions please feel free to bring food they can enjoy. There is a refrigerator available to keep food cold.
