The Michigan Teen/YA support group is for patients aged 15-25. Navigating this period in your life with a chronic illness is tough. Changing from a pediatric patient to an adult, taking charge of your own health, school, dating, work. How do people do this???? We can help. Join us on the even months of the year on the 3rd Wednesday at 7pm. Connect with other teens and young adults like you to learn how to manage these years as an IBD patient.
