Friday May 3 – Meet your Team!
10:30am	Shake Out Run/Walk Join your coaches for a 15-minute walk/run around the Old Port of Maine	Lobby Hyatt Place Old Port
12:45 PM – 3:00 PM	Champions Club/Blue Crew Reception Congratulations to all National VIP Top Fundraisers & 15+ Blue Crew Members! To qualify to be a National VIP Top Fundraiser, you must fundraise $7500+. To qualify to be a Blue Crew 15+ member, you must have fundraised for 15+ TC (Team Challenge) events. Champions Club members along with 1 guest are invited to a celebration together. *Invite only.	Lighthouse Cruise on Casco Bay *We will walk from the team hotel, meet in Lobby at 12:45pm for a 1:30pm departure on the boat. The boat ride will go from 1:30p-2:30pm.

4:30 PM – 6:30 PM	Team Meet and Greet  Meet your coaches and teammates! At 5:15pm there will be a coach talk covering everything you need to know for race day! Pick up your Race Day Bib and Reward Earnings Bring your team shirt to decorate!	Hyatt Place Portland Old Port – Glass Lounge
8:30 PM	Get to bed early; it’s race day tomorrow!

Saturday May 4 – 5k and Half Marathon Race Day
4:45 AM	Meet in Hotel Lobby	Hyatt Place Portland Old Port
5:15 AM	Bus Leaves	Hyatt Place Portland Old Port
6:00 AM	Bus Drop off at half marathon start line	Eastern Shore Harbor
6:30 AM	Bus Drop off at 5k start line	Casino Square
7:00 AM	Race Start Half Marathon	Eastern Shore Harbor
7:30 AM	Race Start 5k	Casino Square
7:15 AM	Spectator Pickup at the team hotel	Hyatt Place Portland Old Port
8:00 AM	Spectator drop-off at the finish line	Wells Harbor Community Park
7:30 AM – 2:00 PM	Check in at Team Challenge Finish Line Tent once you finish your race!	Wells Harbor Community Park
9:45am	1st Bus pickup from finish line back to hotel (for both teammates and spectators)	Wells Harbor Community Park

*Please note* Lesley will be picking up your bibs for you, so you do not need to attend! Bibs will be handed out at our team meet and greet on Friday

Team Shuttle and Parking options for teammates and spectators

Team shuttle info

Taking a shuttle to the race start is available for both teammates and spectators.
Teammates ride for $0 as covered by their fundraising
Spectators ride for $20 and can reserve on our RSVP site
Please note – the race site is about 30-40 minutes away from the hotel in Old Port to Wells, Maine.

Team shuttle schedule

Teammates may take the team shuttle from the Hyatt Place Old Port to the start line race morning at 5:15am
Additionally, teammates may take the team shuttle back to the hotel from the finish line at two designated times:
9:45am
After 11:15am (when all teammates have finished)
Spectators may also take the team shuttle by reserving a ticket for $20.
Shuttle departs from the Hyatt Place Old Port to the race site at the following times
5:15am
7:15am
Half Marathon start is at 7:00am and 5k starts at 7:30am.
*Reminder – race site is about 30-40 minutes from the team hotel.

Race Parking information – for teammates/spectators who prefer to drive to the race site

*Very Important* - Parking is not available at the start or finish line for teammates and spectators

Runner's parking
There are 7 parking locations available and 3 shuttles that will take participants to the start line. This is for runners only.
Spectator parking
All spectators who wish to cheer on their runners at the finish must take a shuttle bus from Wells Junior High School to the finish line area from 7:30 AM to 12:00PM.
Additionally, we have limited space available for spectators to take the team shuttle at 5:15am.

After the race, the shuttle bus services will provide transportation for runners and spectators to and from the finish line at the Wells Harbor Community Park back to and the Wells Junior High School parking lots. There is no parking at the finish line area. There will be no shuttle service from the finish line area to any of the start lines.
