Matching Gifts

Employer Matching Gifts programs are an easy way to increase the impact of a gift. Even if you’ve already sent your donation to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, your gift may still be eligible for match by your employer.

To find out if your company is matching gift eligible, please enter your employer´s name below.  Should you be unable to locate your employer, please follow up with your Human Resources Department or email us at


Steps to have your gift matched:

1. Eligibility - Check with your Human Resources Department to find out if they participate in a matching gift programs.

2. Confirmation - If your gift is eligible to be matched, you will initiate your match with your employer and our Matching Gifts team will either receive email notification or your employer may send us a form to confirm your original gift.  This form should be mailed to:

3. Match My Gift - Once confirmed, your employer will send the matching funds based on their disbursement schedule.  

Please note, specifically for our Team Challenge participants, the payments of matching gifts may take an extended period of time to be processed from your employer due to their disbursement schedule.
