IBD Qorus™ Expansion

Since its launch in 2016, IBD Qorus, our quality of care initiative, has enrolled 30 sites across the country. By the Fall of 2020, we anticipate IBD Qorus will be in place at more than 60 sites, affecting a positive change by directly improving the quality of care given to tens of thousands of IBD patients.

IBD Qorus is centered on the concept of shared decision-making between patients and providers, which results in better health outcomes and healthcare value. Patient reported information and clinical disease data are integrated into an electronic dashboard to facilitate information sharing and encourage more effective partnerships between patients and their providers.

Results from the IBD Qorus program will also inform and improve the practice of IBD clinicians and other caregivers across the country. Sharing learnings within IBD Qorus and outside the network will facilitate the identification and implementation of standard practices for diagnosing and treating IBD patients.
