Carolinas Chapter

Welcome to the Carolinas Chapter!

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It was founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D. in New York City.

We are a strong team dedicated to assisting patients and families throughout their experience with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as educating our communities about IBD. We serve North and South Carolina.
