Change your life and the lives of others when you join Team Challenge, the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's endurance training program! Our program offers options in 5k, 10k, half and full marathon, triathlon, IRONMAN, and cycling. Almost all Team Challenge participants have a connection to IBD, providing a supportive environment for anyone who joins. By signing up, you commit to raising funds and awareness to support the foundation's mission, and in return, you receive free coaching and training, all the tools you need to fundraise (including a website!), a t-shirt and race accommodations, including lodging, race entry fee, Team Challenge race singlet, and pre-race pasta party. If you'd prefer to stay closer to home and race without a fundraising minimum, we also offer a "Race in Orange" option! Visit our Team Challenge page to learn more about our program!
Take Steps and be heard for Crohn's and colitis! Take Steps is active in all 50 states, and over 150 communities across the nation. The event includes a festival with food, entertainment, and helpful information on Take Steps. Participants truly enjoy raising awareness for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as the opportunity to come together and meet others affected by these illnesses.
