| | Crohn's & Colitis Awareness Week is December 1–7 — and this year, we're showing the world what IBD really looks like. IBD doesn't look like one thing. It looks like millions of moments — messy, meaningful, and often unseen. It's managing symptoms with quiet strength, finding comfort in community, and celebrating every small win that reminds us progress is possible. Here's how you can take part this Awareness Week: - Download the Real Life with IBD Guide — a free resource built with and for the IBD community. Inside, you'll find gut-friendly holiday recipes, mental health tips, guidance for navigating insurance challenges, and real stories that reveal the highs, lows, and everything in between.
- Donate $50+ by December 7 and get the exclusive Awareness Week T-shirt — designed by Kara M., a 14-year-old Camp Oasis camper living with IBD. Plus, through December 31, donations to this campaign will be matched up to a total of $500,000, doubling your impact.
- Share your story using #IBDLooksLike and help make the realities of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis more visible.
This Awareness Week, we're going there — shining a light on the unseen struggles, the resilience, and the strength that define life with IBD. |
