Dragons, Dots, and Determination: Mahjong Mixer
Studies reveal significant disparities in healthcare for women, including underrepresentation in clinical trials, delayed diagnoses, and poorer outcomes for certain conditions. This event highlights those disparities while educating attendees on how to better advocate for their healthcare needs and learning how inflammatory bowel diseases specifically impact the female body.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is honored to partner with Julie Farber & Zoey Kortz to host this important event. Guests can expect a panel with physicians answering questions about IBD, hormones, and best practices from puberty to menopause, followed by a mahjong mixer and the opportunity to support the Foundation’s mission to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the lives of those who suffer.
