Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Volunteers

Where Passion Meets Purpose

YOU have what it takes to:

  •  Elevate awareness about IBD
  •  Build a community of support
  •  Raise funds that drive research
  •  Give hope

Our volunteer community of Patients, Families, Friends and Healthcare Professionals are the driving force behind our efforts to find cures and improve the quality of life for IBD patients. You can join us on this mission.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Advocates drive public policy change by sharing their IBD journey with their legislator through online and in person activities.

Raise Funds to Find a Cure

Activate your network, inspire others to give and team up with the IBD community for events.

Support Patients and Families

Lead support groups, care for kids at Camp Oasis, educate patients and healthcare professionals.

Participate in Life-Changing Research

Patient and healthcare professional research reviewers and clinical trial ambassadors lend a patient and clinician voice to all IBD research.

Urgent Opportunities

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation welcomes volunteers in all service areas where you can find your passion and purpose. However, at this time, there are a few roles we want to highlight.

Eugene Lisansky

Eugene Lisansky

"I went to a Foundation support group after I was diagnosed with Crohn's and it was fantastic. I made friends, heard stories and shared information. I now run three support groups. It's empowering for me and everyone who attends."

"The Foundation has given me a voice in research. As a patient reviewer for research grants, I review research proposals and the impact they will have on patients. There are so many more treatment options since I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 15 years ago."
