Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, headache, nervousness, agitation, anxiety, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep

Contains fluoroquinolone, an ingredient associated with an increased risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture. It may also cause worsening of myasthenia gravis (a disease that causes muscle weakness).
