Limited human data: potential toxicity

Headache, diarrhea, heartburn, gas, increased hair growth, acne, flushing, shaking of a part of your body that you cannot control, burning or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or legs, muscle or joint pain and cramps.

Avoid drinking grapefruit juice or eating grapefruit, as this can alter drug levels. Due to increased risk for hypertension and kidney dysfunction, close monitoring is needed. Small increased risk for lymphoma, skin cancer, and other cancers. Small increased risk for infections and liver dysfunction.
