Join Us In Making a Difference in the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and UAB Multi-Disciplinary Advisory Committee!

The Foundation is seeking patients, healthcare professionals and organizations to join an important new initiative in Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Together with the University of Alabama, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation has launched a five-year initiative funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to improve health outcomes for IBD patients, emphasizing the African-American community.


We are seeking diverse participants spanning various communities in Birmingham, service organizations supporting health and wellness, and healthcare professionals from the community to inform our insights in the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and UAB Multi-Disciplinary Advisory Committee.

All applications will be reviewed, and final decisions regarding participation will be communicated in March. Please make sure your application is complete, as incomplete applications cannot be reviewed.
