Serving the entire state of Indiana, this chapter is uniting to care and cure for IBD patients! Together, we are propelling research in finding cures and raising awareness of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. More than an estimated 70,000 Hoosiers and millions of Americans are living with these diseases. We are in this fight together!
