Our group is open to those with a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis and their loved ones. This is a space to share experiences, questions, fears and support with others who "get it." Topics include stress management, diet, supplemental medicine, relationships and ostomy management. Various guest speakers attend as available
