HELP US SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT RESTROOM ACCESS

Allyson Bain, patient and advocate, whose efforts led to the passage of Ally’s Law in Illinois

Did you know the Illinois Restroom Access Act (410 ILCS 39/1 et seq.), commonly referred to as Ally’s Law, requires retail establishments to provide access to an employee-only restroom to customers suffering from eligible medical conditions?

While people living with chronic digestive diseases, such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and those with an ostomy need fast access to restrooms, many business owners don’t know the Illinois Restroom Access Act exists.

We need your help to spread awareness about restroom access.
