The Illinois/Carol Fisher Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation serves the state of Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Our team is located in the Chicagoland area and is here to support IBD patients as we strive to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Join us in our mission to find a cure for these diseases that affect millions of Americans. Our supporters play a critical role in raising funds and awareness for our research initiatives, advocacy, and patient support programs.
