Difficult Feelings

Everyone has difficult feelings sometimes, and they can be hard to deal with. You might feel anxious, frustrated, or stressed. Those feelings can pile up on each other and make you feel worse. Sometimes those feelings can even affect your symptoms. That’s why it’s important to know how to deal with these difficult feelings.

Just like how everyone’s bodies are different, everyone manages their feelings differently. Try making a list of activities that make you feel happy or calm. Maybe you like listening to music, or spending time with animals. What do you do that makes you feel happy?

Remember, there’s no such thing as a wrong feeling. If you are feeling stressed out about something, even if you think it sounds silly or small, it’s important to take your feelings seriously. If you are dealing with difficult feelings and are having trouble finding ways to feel better, it can help to talk to a therapist or counselor who can help you come up with the best strategies for you to respond to your feelings.
