Check out some of the ways to get involved with the Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation below. We hold a variety of events to raise funds and awareness for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as educational programs and resources to provide up-to-date information about IBD.

Volunteer

The Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter is always looking for volunteers including:

• Event day volunteers for TopGolf Fore a Cure, the Take Steps Walk, Evening of Hope Gala, and spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures
• Event committee members for the above events
• Remote volunteers who can assist staff with projects

Share Your Story!

We love to feature our Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis patients on our Facebook page! Sharing your story not only raises awareness for inflammatory bowel diseases, but also builds a sense of community among those dealing with IBD. Young Professionals Network

This group unites Twin Cities young adults ages 21-40 through a mix of activities that focus on social networking, increasing awareness of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and fundraising. Advocacy is a major component of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation’s mission. Our advocates are not only patients, but family members, friends, caregivers, and doctors who want to make their voices heard and see a future free from Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
