We proudly serve the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community of Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
