Thank you for choosing to make a gift of stock to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Below you will find the step-by-step instructions necessary for completing the stock gift process. 

   

Transfer Stock From a Brokerage Account

Please contact your broker and provide a letter of authorization with the following information:

  • Name of stock(s)
  • Cusip(s) or stock symbol(s)
  • Quantity of shares per stock
  • Donor name(s)
  • Delivering firm name; 
  • Recipient account information, as listed below
