Workplace Giving

If you're looking for new ways to support the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, workplace giving may be a great option for you and your team!

Workplace giving is an easy, safe, and cost-efficient way to make tax-deductible donations. When you give to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, you help improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by IBD. Your contributions will go a long way!

Getting started

Workplace giving programs can be set up in a variety of ways. Some of the more popular workplace giving programs offered by corporations include Donations through Payroll Deduction, Employee Matching Gifts and Volunteer Support Programs. Learn more about giving options below, and check out our Workplace Giving Toolkit for more ideas and resources.

Payroll deductions

Donations through Payroll Deductions can be set up once, allowing effortless donation for employees who wish to make recurring gifts. However, companies usually limit the type of nonprofit to which their employees can contribute.

Company matching gifts

A type of corporate giving program in which a company matches donations made by an employee to eligible nonprofit organizations. Click here to see if your employer will match your donation, or email [email protected] to learn more.

Volunteer grants

Volunteer grant programs, also known as "Dollars for Doers" programs, are corporate giving programs created to encourage volunteerism in communities where employees live and work.

*Companies structure their workplace giving and matching gift programs differently and may outsource their programs to a third-party vendor.
