Does your company participate in workplace giving? Workplace giving campaigns occur in the Fall, but many employers are moving to year-round employee engagement programs. When your employer holds its workplace giving campaign, you'll be given the opportunity to designate us as your charity of choice!

Creating Healthier Communities

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a proud charity partner of Creating Healthier Communities (CHC), formerly Community Health Charities. Together with partners, CHC works to address the barriers to good health and equity to create resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

The Foundation is represented by CHC in workplace giving campaigns locally and nationally, including the Combined Federal Campaign, public campaigns hosted by state and county governments, and private campaigns hosted by companies of all sizes. 

State and local public sector campaigns

If you are a state or local public sector employee, be sure to look for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation listed under Creating Healthier Communities (CHC) on the designation list for your employee giving campaigns.

Combined Federal Campaign #11405

  • If you are a federal employee or retiree, you can support the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation by using the CFC Code: 11405. You can also support one of our local chapters. Click here to search and make your pledge!
  • Veterans can support us through the CFC as well. Click here to search and make your pledge!
  • The CFC runs annually from September 1 to December 15.

United Way Campaign

If your employer participates in a United Way campaign, you can designate your gift, or pledge to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation or to your local chapter. Connect with your human resources department or local United Way for detailed instructions.
