Joining IBD Qorus has been one of the best decisions we have made as a practice. Being part of this network has allowed us to learn from peers, adopt proven strategies, and grow in ways we simply could not have on our own. The treat-to-target framework has transformed how we care for our patients. We now order labs before appointments so results can be discussed in real time, open urgent slots to keep patients out of the ER, and provide handouts that empower them to take an active role in their care. We also established a weekly multidisciplinary meeting for our highest-risk patients. Hearing directly from patients about how supported and cared for they feel by our team has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Qorus has made us better, more proactive, and more connected. I would encourage any IBD practice to join this community. The resources and passion for improving patient outcomes make it absolutely worth it!
