Fellow of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation

The Fellow of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (FCCF) program is designed to recognize healthcare professionals who provide the highest level of support to the Foundation through years of volunteer efforts and Professional Membership.

Eligibility

To be considered as an FCCF candidate, applicants must be:

  • Current Professional Members who have held a Professional Membership for the past 2 consecutive years
  • Gastroenterologists who are 7 or more years past completion of fellowship and other clinicians/allied health professionals (e.g., pharmacists, nurses, dieticians) who are 7 or more years past completion of training
  • Current active involvement in promoting the mission of the Foundation with at least 7 years (cumulative) participation in Foundation efforts and initiatives. This could include volunteering, fundraising, participating in events such as Congress, serving on committees, or engaging in other relevant activities. Local and national involvement will be considered.
  • The successful applicant will have broad experience promoting the mission of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation
How to Apply

To submit a complete application: 

  1. Answer the short questions and contribute a non-refundable $100 application fee here, which will be processed as a gift to the Foundation.
  2. Email your CV to [email protected].
  3. Send a link to this brief online form to two references. One reference must be a Foundation staff or NSAC/HPEC member. The other reference may be any Professional Member.
  4. Once your references have submitted their recommendations, your application will be ready for review!
Expectations

Continued FCCF status is contingent upon maintaining active Professional Membership in the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation as well as ongoing involvement in Foundation activities.

  • Entitlement to use the designation of Fellow of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (FCCF). This designation reflects not only the professional stature of the Fellow, but also their record of valuable service to the Foundation
