Donor Attestation Statement

Florida Senate Bill 700 (SB 700) prohibits contributions from individuals or entities associated with seven foreign countries of concern.By making any donation on this website, you are certifying that you are not:

1. the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, the Venezuelan regime of Nicolás Maduro, or the Syrian Arab Republic, including any agency of or any other entity under significant control of such country (the “Referenced Countries”);
2. the government or any official of the government, or a political party or member of a political party or any subdivision of a political party, in any of the Referenced Countries;
3. a partnership, association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of or having its principal place of business in any of the Referenced Countries, or a subsidiary of such an entity;
4. a non-U.S. citizen domiciled in any of the Referenced Countries;
5. an agent, including a subsidiary or an affiliate, acting on behalf of any of the Referenced Countries or any of the other persons or entities listed here; nor
6. an entity in which any of the above persons, entities, or collections of persons or entities have a controlling interest (which may include, directly or indirectly, 25% or more of the interest), whether by ownership, profits interest, voting rights, contract, or otherwise.
