Welcome to the Central & Northeastern Florida Chapter!
The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization committed to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
Founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D., in New York City, the Foundation has grown into a national leader in research and community support.
The Central & Northeastern Florida Chapter serves the top half of Florida, reaching communities across 43 counties. We support patients and families through:

Community Support groups
Advocacy & Awareness
Opportunities to get involved through local campaigns, events, and committees that fuel funding for IBD Research
