Long Island Chapter

Welcome to the Long Island Chapter!

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. 

The Long Island Chapter serves Nassau and Suffolk counties with support groups, special events, and education programs.
