Everyone’s IBD journey is worth taking steps for! Whether you are a patient, doctor, caregiver,
or there to support a loved one—the newly reimagined Take Steps experience is designed to empower and celebrate all those impacted by IBD. Help us raise critical funds to support the
IBD community and IBD cures. Join us as we come together for an inspirational and impactful
day—full of fun for all ages...and all IBD journeys. We can’t wait for you to enjoy our all-new
walk day activities and experiences!
Nashville, here we come! Join Team Challenge for The Nashville 5k, Half Marathon and Marathon on Saturday, October 28! We will walk and run together to raise funds and awareness for Crohn's & Colitis, and have a memorable weekend celebrating 15 years of Team Challenge! Our coaches and manager, Amanda will support you every step of the way. Cheers to cures!

Perianal Fistulizing Disease Group Perianal Fistulizing Disease Group: Managing and living with fistulizing disease can be challenging to manage and you may find it can impact
your quality of life. The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation started a Facebook Support Group so that you can get
support and guidance from others who know what you are going through. Join nearly 300 other members
who are a part of our supportive community!
IBD is a Chronic Disease A chronic condition is one that lasts longer than a year, requires ongoing medical care, and may limit your
day-to-day activities. IBD is a chronic disease — it causes ongoing inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract
