| | | Get Ready for World IBD Day! (May 19th) ______________________________ IT'S OUR DAY TO SHINE!
On May 19, we join more than 10 million people worldwide who live with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, united in our commitment to raise awareness and drive change. This year’s World IBD Day theme, “Savoring Life With IBD,” is an extension of our Let’s Go There campaign, which is dedicated to breaking the stigma of IBD by encouraging open conversations and sharing real experiences. Food is a universal language that brings joy and unites communities across the globe, but for those living with IBD, what should be a moment of connection can often bring anxiety and fear. The campaign offers a range of actions, including downloading our free “Global Gut Guide” which includes gut-friendly recipes, travel tips, and tools like a symptom tracker, sharing your personal IBD story, and learning more about IBD. To learn more about the different ways you can get involved in World IBD Day, please visit the campaign website here.
