Welcome to the Upstate New York Chapter!

The Upstate NY Chapter was founded in 1983 by a group of local area volunteers and patients, and functioned as an all-volunteer Chapter holding support and education meetings, and fundraising events until October of 2012 when the chapter officially became a staffed-chapter.

The Chapter is a proud member of the Capital Region Chamber.
