We’re led by passionate individuals who are united by their drive to support and improve research funding while raising awareness and advocating to find a cure and better treatment options. We believe our dedication has improved the quality of lives for people living with these invisible diseases.

Jane Wolfman is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and dedicated community leader with a passion for empowering individuals and building meaningful connections. As an Executive Partner with J.Hilburn, she has spent her career helping professionals grow with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

A committed volunteer and advocate for the IBD community for more than two decades, Jane has been deeply involved with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation since her daughter was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease as a child. Through years of volunteer leadership, fundraising, and board service, she has helped advance the Foundation’s mission to improve the lives of those affected by IBD and support groundbreaking research toward cures.

As President of the New England Chapter Board, Jane is honored to lead alongside a dedicated community of volunteers, healthcare professionals, patients, and families. She is committed to expanding awareness, strengthening engagement across the region, and ensuring that every person impacted by Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis has access to hope, support, and resources.
