Welcome to IBD Kidz Middles, a virtual support group designed for kids aged 11 to 14 who are living with IBD! In this space, you'll have the chance to meet other kids who share your experiences, exchange stories, and learn more about managing your condition. We also have a blast with fun games and activities from Project Sunshine that will keep everyone entertained. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, enjoy some laughs, and feel supported!
