The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is the leading nonprofit organization focused on both research and patient support for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Our mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life for adults and children living with IBD.

We lead groundbreaking research into new treatments and cures for IBD and provide you with information, guidance, and support every step of the way – no matter where you are in your IBD journey. The Foundation is your voice on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures to improve your access to care and raise awareness of IBD and its impact on patients and caregivers. The Illinois/Wisconsin Chapter serves the States of Illinois and Wisconsin. We provide educational and support programs to people living with IBD and those who care for them.
