2025

David Fudman, MD

University of Texas Southwestern

Dr. David Fudman has shown exceptional leadership and initiative at UT Southwestern, cultivating a highly engaged and productive team. He is spearheading analyses examining the prevalence of bowel urgency among patients in IBD Qorus — an outcome consistently ranked by patients as one of the most impactful factors in defining IBD remission. In addition, his team was selected as one of ten sites to evaluate the real-world feasibility of implementing a Treat-to-Target strategy in clinical practice — an approach that has shown immense potential for improving patient outcomes and remission rates.

2024

Frank Scott, MD

University of Colorado

Dr. Frank Scott spearheads our Prior Authorization Interest Group, a dynamic assembly of over 25 Qorus members working to streamline the prior authorization process, expedite patients' access to vital medication, and improve health outcomes. His collaboration with Qorus Leadership has resulted in the validation of a cost-saving analysis tool, helpful for assessing per-patient cost savings through the use of our Urgent Care Toolkit. Additionally, Dr. Scott is pioneering research focused on patient and provider perceptions of Treat-to-Target recommendations through a Health Research Grant issued by Qorus.
